Primarily for Afro-descendants — displaced, uprooted, mixed, or born far from Africa — who feel the call to reconnect with their deepest truth through African spirituality. This path, rooted in Kongo tradition and guided by the spirit of the Ancestors, is for those ready for sincere, demanding and liberating inner work.
Allies are welcome with humility and respect.
Here, Africa is not consumed. It is respected, listened to, and it calls.

Language & translation

All coaching & sophrology sessions are conducted in French to preserve depth, safety and concentration.

Traditional Kongo guidance may be offered with live French↔English captions/transcription (Zoom/Google Meet) upon request.

Sophrology is French only (no live translation), because the practice requires continuous focus, body cues and no external prompts.
