These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between the Sophrologue (see legal notice) and anyone wishing to make an appointment with him. By doing so, the Customer declares to accept without reservation all of these general terms and conditions of sale and declares that it has the capacity to conclude a contract with the seller.
The EIRL "Biese bia Katiopa" is registered with the URSSAF under the number of SIRET 90915953500014 in France . It offers services whose main activity is referenced under the code NAF APE code: 96.09Z
Other personal services n.e.c.
The SARLU “Biesse bia Katiopa” is registered with the RCCM under the number CG-BZV-01-2022-B13-00301 in the Republic of the Congo. It offers services whose main activity is referenced under the code J620002 Consulting and other computer activities.
Hereinafter referred to as: “Biese bia Katiopa” “The Sophrologist” “Spiritual life coach” or “the Provider”; and The Client.
The careful reading and acceptance of these general conditions of sale are an obligation before any reservation of services. The conditions are defined by the
ARTICLE 1. GENERAL CLAUSE
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all services reserved on the site https://www.bbkatiopa.com
Every customer acknowledges that they have read these GTC before making their appointment. Making an appointment entails the client’s adherence to the GTC and their acceptance without reservation.
ARTICLE 2. Service description
The Site allows the User, in particular to seek services from «Biesse bia Katiopa » represented by Madame Mérolie NZONZA, whose appointment can be made either through the Site, either directly to Ms. Mérolie NZONZA by email at mbote@bbkatiopa.com or at the following telephone numbers: +33751983500 +33649209671 (WhatsApp ) and +242050068586.
ARTICLE 3. Scope
These general conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation to all the services offered by the company «Biese bia Katiopa », in France and the Republic of the Congo . Sophrologist certified on its website ,Mérolie MBEYA offers the following individual and collective services:

👉🏿 Sophrology group workshops
👉🏿 Sophrology Intervention and/or Training Workshops on different Themes at Companies, Communities, Public or Private Schools without this list being exhaustive.
👉🏿 Spiritual personal development sessions
Biese bia Katiopa, in France and in the Republic of Congo reserves however the right to refuse any accompaniment or service that would not fall within its field of competence in the context of the training he has received and validated by his certifications or certificates of presential training that it keeps at the disposal of the consultant upon request. In the context of sophrology, in case of refusal to accompany any person in his application, he will offer the contact details of a confrere more able to respond to his specific request.
The company "Biese bia Katiopa" in France and the Republic of the Congo also allows itself to consult medical professions related to its patient (mail, email or telephone) to obtain any information on the consultant that he might consider useful in the accompaniment that would be requested from him in strict compliance with the Professional Secrecy to which he is bound.
In the context of sophrology, it should be recalled that the Sophrologist takes all appropriate measures to allow, within the framework of the request expressed during the first appointment, the personal development of the client. The Sophrologist has no obligation of result.
ARTICLE 4. Legal notice
The various techniques proposed and practised have no medical purpose and are not comparable to the acts reserved for health professions regulated by the Public Health Code and Decree n°96-879 of 8 October 1996. They are considered complementary and do not replace in any way the medical field reserved for health professions. They are part of a complementary and personal approach to self-work by anyone who consults.
ARTICLE 5. Reservation
The customer can use the website https://www.bbkatiopa.com, to book one or more services, he must follow the following booking process:
• Choice of service and acceptance of the prize
• Choice of date and time
• Provide last name, first name, telephone number and mailing address and his personal e-mail
A reminder SMS will be sent by the Sophrologue 72 hours before the appointment date set.
In the context of Sophrology and personal development reservations, it should be noted that any appointment cancelled or postponed within a period of less than 48 hours will be considered due (this sum allows him to cover the expenses incurred for the reservation of the firm).
ARTICLE 6. Prices, means and conditions of sale
The price of the sophrology and personal development fees as well as the prices of the services are indicated during the reservation and the request for quotation by mail and by telephone . They are expressed in €uros «VAT not applicable, Article 293 B-I of the CGI», and correspond to those in force on the day of the order and in FCFA according to the country of the exercise of the service.
With regard to the fees for all services and services provided by Biese bia Katiopa, payment will be made in advance by the following means: – Cash – Bank cheque (Banque France Métropolitaine only) to the order of Mérolie NZONZA exclusively. Payment is made upon receipt of the cheque. For teleconsultation services, payment is made online when booking the session. In case of subscription to a package of sessions, several cheques may be given to the service provider, with possible delayed collection (dates to be agreed with the service provider ). A paid invoice for your day’s consultation may be requested from the service provider, who will send it to you by mail.
ARTICLE 7. Provision of services
The services ordered by the Client will be provided according to the client’s instructions (date, time and place when making an appointment). At the first appointment, Mérolie NZONZA systematically informs its client of the rates applied according to the specific request of the day, the need for the consultant to accept the fee agreement proposed at the beginning of the first interview before any action taken by Mérolie NZONZA whether or not it is carried out in a Cabinet.
ARTICLE 8. Postponement, Cancellation and Modification of an appointment:
In the event that it is not possible to attend an appointment with Mérolie MBEYA, the person must cancel or postpone the appointment at least 72 hours before by telephone on one of the following numbers: +33751983500 +33649209671 (WhatsApp ) and +242050068586
In case of postponement or cancellation of the appointment within 48 hours, the session will be considered due beyond two cancellations within this period.
In the event that the person does not show up at the appointment without having previously notified Mérolie NZONZA , the appointment will also be considered due.
ARTICLE 9. Protection of personal information & R.G.P.D.
In application of the law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 supplemented by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on 25 May 2018. It is recalled that the personal data requested from the Customer are necessary for the processing of his order or the preparation of his consultation file, and are intended for internal use of the data collected about you by Ms Mérolie NZONZA who happens to be the Data Protection Officer. The Client has a right of access, modification, rectification and opposition regarding the information concerning him, by making a request directly by email to Madame Mérolie NZONZA acts as Data Protection Officer: for any request, send an email to mbote@bbkatiopa.com.
The personal information collected during the first consultation session and possibly the following ones, remain confidential and are subject to professional secrecy for the nature of the character and the nature of the services offered. Mérolie NZONZA is a signatory to and complies with the codes of ethics for each of the competencies to which it refers in the exercise of its profession.
ARTICLE 10. Intellectual property
All documents, texts and other information (images, logo, photos) are the exclusive property of the company «Biesse bia Katiopa » represented by Madame Mérolie NZONZA . Any total or partial representation of this site is subject to the prior, written and express permission of Madame Mérolie NZONZA. As such, reproduction and distribution without prior authorization from Madame Mérolie NZONZA are prohibited in accordance with the provisions of article L.122-4 of the intellectual property code.
ARTICLE 11. Applicable law, Disputes, Mediation service
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the French or Congolese law according to the location of the service provision as well as all disputes relating, in particular, to their validity, interpretation, execution or termination. In case of disputes, the only competent court will be that where the head offices of Madame Mérolie NZONZA are located, namely in Nantes and Brazzaville.
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of the dispute between him and a professional. To this end, the trader guarantees the consumer the effective use of a consumer mediation device. In the event of a dispute in France, you can file your claim on the AME Consumer Mediation website: www.mediationconso-ame.com. Postal address: Mediation de la Consommation AME, 11 place Dauphine, 750001 PARIS.
In the event of pregnancy or a serious medical condition, regardless of the service desired, it is recommended that the client seek prior advice from his general practitioner or specialist. The same applies to frail people, such as the elderly, people with pathological, psychological, cardiological or tension problems, people prone to allergies, but this list is not exhaustive.
The advice, recommendations and services offered by Ms. Mérolie NZONZA are not a substitute for medical advice. Before discontinuing or modifying any medical treatment, the Client must refer to his attending physician and/or the medical specialist who prescribed it. Sophrology, even if it has multiple fields of intervention (Medicine, Socio-prophylactic, Stress Management and Personal Development) is considered as a complementary approach and not alternative or substitute to traditional medicine.
The fees for the services offered are not agreed and are not covered by Social Security.
I invite you to check with your Health Supplement. More and more complementary people frequently participate in the cost of sophrology sessions. This fee note will serve as your proof. On request, you may be provided with a non-exhaustive list of the Mutuals that have accepted reimbursement to date.
